Enbloc were chosen to provide a full turnkey design and build facility as Principle Contractor. The facility consisted of off site manufactured modules which were craned into place. The advantage of this approach shortened and minimised works on site while the addition of brick fascia’s to the modules meant the new extension blended well with the surrounding buildings.
New facilities accommodate the preparation and manufacture of chemotherapy, preparation and manufacture of TPN, CIVA and nuclear medicines, QC, assembly and release of materials and finished products and the storage of materials.
The new facility provides the user groups with modern, flexible, well designed accommodation, compliant with MHRA design requirements regarding layout and content for licensed aseptic accommodation.Download this case study »
